2. Server log files
When this website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files: browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing computer, time of the server request and the IP address.
This data is used for the technical delivery of the website and the security of our IT systems. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in error-free, secure operation). This data is not merged with other data sources and is deleted after seven days at the latest, unless security-relevant incidents require longer storage.
3. Contact form and e-mail contact
When you contact us via the contact form or by e-mail, we process the information you provide (name, e-mail address, optionally company and phone number, your message) solely to handle your enquiry. The form is sent server-side; no cookies are set.
To prevent spam we use a hidden mandatory field (honeypot) and a simple arithmetic task. No external captcha service is used. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The data is deleted once your enquiry has been conclusively dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply.
4. No disclosure to third parties
Your personal data is not transmitted to third parties unless this is necessary for contract processing or required by law. No data is transferred to third countries.
5. Your rights
You have the right at any time to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). You can withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future. Please contact us informally using the details above.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
6. Validity
This privacy policy is currently valid. Further development of the website or changed legal requirements may make an update necessary.
